Russell Bahar is the Director of Spring Ad Consultancy Ltd & Founder of Asian-Jewish Business Network

With over 25 years sales experience in sales, Russell started his journey working in IT Recruitment building his sales and negotiation training. For the last 18 years he developed his expertise in Sales, Media and Events. In 2017, he decided to go it alone and set up his own business Spring Ad Consultancy focusing on Project Management and working with clients to help them build a stronger sales form and logistics in events. In 2019, he also launched the Asian Jewish Business Network, which brings together CEOs and other leading business figures from the world of finance, property, law etc to share best practise and increase growth. It is the only network of its kind promoting business ties between the two communities in the UK. He is also a partner in a Property recruitment business which was launched in March 2022.
