Shaili Gohil-Desai

I am a family lawyer based in London who regularly advises clients on complex financial disputes on divorce and private children matters, including issues pertaining to foreign nationals and business structures. I also advise on a wide range of modern family issues, such as domestic and international surrogacy matters and sperm donor agreements.

As a family lawyer and a member of the Asian community, I often see clients who are dejected, depleted and emotionally drained from the divorce process and the stigma surrounding single parenting. ASPN is a charity that tackles this issue head on with its ethos of empowerment, support and community. I am very proud to be on its board of directors and look to expand the charity’s reach for the betterment of the modern Asian single parent.
