In July 2025, Navdip joined The Manely Firm, a leading international family law practice headquartered in the United States. The Manely Firm is renowned for its cross-border expertise, and its UK arm (where Navdip is based) is completing its final regulatory steps. This international platform enables Navdip to support clients not only with domestic family issues but also with complex matters involving multiple jurisdictions, particularly cases with assets or family connections across Asia and beyond.
Before joining The Manely Firm, Navdip held senior roles at respected London firms including Moore Barlow LLP, Laytons ETL, and Silverman Sherliker LLP, where she advised on high-value and cross-border family matters, supervised teams, and developed modern family services such as fertility and surrogacy law.
Navdip has acted in many cases where cultural expectations, overseas property, family trusts, and differing legal systems intersect. She understands the unique pressures that Asian single parents can face, such as navigating financial arrangements when assets are held abroad, dealing with extended family involvement in child arrangements, or ensuring that cultural traditions are respected within the legal process. Her ability to combine legal expertise with cultural sensitivity has made her a trusted advisor to clients from diverse communities.
She is also a member of the South West Resolution Committee, reflecting her commitment to constructive and non-confrontational family law solutions.
