We were thrilled when Marc expressed an interest in this role. He has excellent experience in family law and good connections in this field. Furthermore, he has always been a supporter of our Network and previously been an Expert Guest on two occasions for us on a Thursday evening in early 2021. The first time, to discuss family law queries from our members, and the other as part of a session for our single dads to discuss men and the struggles they have concerning mental health when it comes to divorce.

He has worked in family law since 2009 and qualified in 2012. Marc has an active practice in London, Hertfordshire, Essex and the surrounding counties although due to his growing reputation he acts for clients located across the UK and abroad.
Marc has experience in all areas of family law and regularly acts for those who are seeking a divorce, advice on the breakdown of a cohabiting relationship, assistance on matters relating to their children. Over the years Marc has dealt with some of the most difficult issues in family law such as parental alienation, relocation/abduction, domestic abuse and complex financial issues. Furthermore, he has experience in representing families through the surrogacy or adoption process, and those wishing to regulate their finances in the event of a future separation byway of cohabitation agreement or pre/post nuptial agreement.
Marc is only one of the few family lawyers to be trained in collaborative law. This concept allows parties going through a separation to have a greater control over the process, allows a greater focus on meeting their specific needs, lets the lawyers work more closely with each other to do what is best for the family as a whole and provides a commitment to avoid the uncertain outcome often seen in court proceedings. Marc was shortlisted for Associate of the Year at the Family Law Awards in both 2019 and 2021, and the City Wealth Future Leaders Awards in 2020. He was named by City Wealth in 2020 as one of the top 100 professionals under the age of 40 in his industry. In 2022, Marc was named the YRes Rising Star Award at the Resolution Awards recognising his growing reputation in the profession .
Marc currently sits on the Resolution’s Parenting After Parting Committee, London Region Committee, Wellbeing Committee and in 2021 and 2022 he was elected Co-Chair of the YRes National Committee representing the junior members of the family law profession. These roles have given Marc a strong voice on future policies and training adopted by Resolution to it members.
